Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a fast and reliable delivery service, utilizing reputable courier companies to bring your products directly to your doorstep. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, typically taking 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

Delivery Times:

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays (excluding Sundays).
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Fees:

Nairobi CBD: Ksh 150 for delivery
Outside Nairobi CBD: Flat rate of 750. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be notified at checkout.

Delivery Locations:

We deliver to all locations within Nairobi County.
For deliveries outside Nairobi County, please contact us for more information before ordering.

Delivery Process:

After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.
Our delivery team will contact you when they are en route to your location.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time and place.

Payment on Delivery:

Nairobi CBD: Payment on delivery is accepted for all orders.
Outside Nairobi CBD: Prepayment via mobile money (e.g., MPESA) or bank transfer is required before shipping. Cash on delivery is only available for orders within Nairobi CBD.
