Delivery Times:

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays (excluding Sundays).
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Fees:

• Nairobi CBD: Ksh 150 for delivery
• Outside Nairobi CBD: Flat rate of 750. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be notified at checkout.

Delivery Locations:

• We deliver to all locations within Nairobi County.
• For deliveries outside Nairobi County, please contact us for more information before ordering.

Payment on Delivery:

• Nairobi CBD: Payment on delivery is accepted for all orders.
• Outside Nairobi CBD: Prepayment via mobile money (e.g., MPESA) or bank transfer is required before shipping. Cash on delivery is only available for orders within Nairobi CBD.
